You will also get the creatine shits.  :D I used to use Cell Mass, but now it is shitty because they took the Cem3 technology out of it.  >:(

kre-alk....ethyl-ester...or creatine nitrates....all have no bloat/water retention...very high absorbing.  Monohydrates need insulin spike to deliver to the muscle...i.e. sugar or fast acting carb...most those monohydrate blends mess most peoples stomachs up.

I never found creatine to be of much use.  It was good for a few pounds of water weight and I'd always save it to use and help "blast" through a plateau and it never seemed to help.

Do pros take creatine?
