What are you eating exactly?
top round beef or carne asada, cheese, chicken breast, tilapia, almonds or peanuts ... basically rotate that shit, im trying to keep it under 2,000 cal a day
and saturdays ill have 2 meals of my choice
been good on the diet, but with the cutting out of the carbs really took out the energy to hit the gym, went from 5 or 6days a week to about 2 or 3
