I know there's been a similar thread started already but even more individuals are coming out that torture wasn't a means that lead to any valuable information, still, there's been a push recently to get people to believe it is an effective means of information gathering.

Im not sure why you are even bothering to post this. We all know that enhanced interrogation techniques led to atleast some of the intelligence that led to Bin Laden's courier. Leon Panneta said so. The USA Today editorial board, hardly a bastian of conservatism, said so today. It isnt just right wing people that are saying it. Im not sure why you dont want to beleive this.

Now, you can make the argument that we could have gotten the needed intelligence without it, but we used it and got it. And that's a fact.
