Diet advice please! Any help appreciated!

My diet is:

7am 8 egg whites w/50grms of oats and banana with natural yogurt

10am 3 brown toast, 3 egg scrambled OR 3 egg omlette and 3 brown toast, banana

13.00 Turkey mince w/pasta or chicken fillet with pasta

16.00 Mass gainer protein shake


17.40 Cashew nuts w/honey

19.00 as 16.00

20.30 Steak or chicken or cod fillet with asparagus or brocoili/cauliflower or grean beans

22.30 6 egg white Omlete or tuna and mackeral with 3% mayo

I am 40 y/o, 12% b/f, 5'7" and 190 lbs. I am looking for a lean, veiny look, and I have a fast metabolism, I train 5 times a week, and do 15 mins of HIT cardio after each session. Andy advice would be apprecaited

Lose the following items:
bread
fruit
yogurt
mayo
mass gainer
Do 30-45 minutes of steady state cardio walking on an inclined treadmill for 3 days,and HIIT cardio on the eliptical for 20 minutes on 2 of the days after training.

7am- 9 egg whites + 1 whole egg,cooked in non-fat cooking spray, w/50grms of oats,12 oz. water.... no milk(use artificial sweetener if you want)

10am- 5 egg scrambled OR 5 egg omlette,12 oz. water

13.00- chicken fillet,cup broccoli or green beans,12 oz. water

16.00-Whey protein shake mixed in water


17.40-2 rice cakes with sm. amount of natural peanut butter

19.00-Whey protein shake mixed in water

20.30-chicken or cod fillet with asparagus or brocoili/cauliflower or grean beans,12 oz. water

22.30- 8 egg white Omlete or tuna and mackeral with 12 oz. water

great advice!

i would suggest adding in more vegetables of the green and brightly colored variety. Also i would suggest adding spices to your food like cumin,curcumin, cinnamon  along with the hotter spices. Reason being they have anti-inflammatory effects and can help regulate serum glucose and insulin sensitivity which is important.
