The only thing that really bothers me now is that recent news about US attacking Pakistan and China interpreting it as an attack against them. If the US takes on China(which could turn into China and Russia or China and India)...there will be no winner.

China is joining or probably has already joined the Big Boys group, which can't go in war against each other.
Group consists of USA, Russia and now (or in near future) China.
Possible 'conflicts' between them are solved diplomatically or in small proxy wars like they were solved between USA and Soviets in past.
Still only country in the world capable to reach it's arm on American soil is Russia. China just lacks long-range strategic aviation, huge ships, fleet of nuclear-submarines... China simply couldn't hit USA big scale yet. Not sure how powerful Chinese ICBM's are... some could accidentally hit America maybe?
BUT, it's almost impossible to imagine US attacking China also. Can you imagine the destruction? US would lose so much. No point there.
Russia wouldn't probably ally with China even if shit hit the fan big scale.
Despite all the "confrontation" in peoples minds, US and Ruski are not enemies these days.
