Dude is older than 48.
he is from "63 , you do the math....
makes him 48.
the guy is on diuretics, has 5% bodyfat or a bit lower...
is 48 , and you guys think he looks soooo old...
he always had this ugly face! was always very grainy on stage, and with a deathface!
when he fills up a bit, cuts the diuretics, and gains a bit of bodyfat he will look alot better...

look at his body, he has no loose skin! looks very good!
i do agree , stupid move to go on stage... better be training for fun, and to stay in shape.
i mean it's not like you make a lot of money competing....
narcism is a bitch..lol!

Gettion` old ain`t for sissies............wait until it`s your turn!!

He looks good bodywise but facially looks incedibly old.

Great bodybuilder though and should now only hit Masters contests where he`d still do OK.

He just needs a pair of glasses to cover up the eyes and he will look 10-15 years younger

Needs to be on Ripley's Believe it or Not for the oldest looking 48 year old in the world. Still has a decent physique but damn.

Pavol didnt make the finals due to a problem with the upper ab area/ hiccups...I ran into him the following day in the elevator...definitely in some pain.

I wonder why he is still competing.  There is not much money in bodybuilding in general from competition alone so perhaps he has a contract back home and competing helps him to keep it.  Is it really good for anyone at age 48 to take on the stress of contest dieting "for fun"?  Hopefully there is more riding on it than the contest results alone.

Remember that your normal hormone level at the age of 20 is different from your normal hormone level at a age of 40 or 60.
Trying to reestablish the normal hormone level of 20 at a age of 40 or worst of 60 is not normal because as we age the lower hormone production is a safegard for our health!
There is reason if nature predisposed us to a lower hormone production as we age!
