And let me go and say that I don't think taxes for the "Rich" need to go much lower, or lower at all. Keep the tax rates as they are but start some tax reform our current code is so inefficient, business choking, expensive and full of loopholes, shelters and the like that it's useless. Protect small businesses ,promote sensible risk taking and growth.
Our tax code is the problem, not the rates.
