i dont think so...

I would think they would make the punishments harsher.  Would hope so anyways.  Still, the trouble it would be to get it will also factor into its decrease.

LOL at 18 I had a much easier time getting alcohol than drugs(not the either was hard to come by) with alcohol I could walk into any store and get my booze. I use to go to a fudruckers around here with a buddy and drink a couple of pitchers on random week nights. At least with drugs I had to track down a friend and go meet them.

Like I said it will be just as readily available as it is now just from different sources.

In California, at least back then you could sell it as long as it was unopened if your were at least over 16.

You and I are splitting hairs here. The fact is drug cartels would disappear. It is the folks who are in the drug cartels who would not disappear and who would simply move on to other criminal activity. On this at least, I would think we could agree.

the cartel itself would not disappear bro, the organization along would still be there...just like organized crime was there after prohibition was ended...

drugs wouldnt be there but the cartel would still be there...
