I don't generally buy into the whole 'some entire nations are crooked' theory, as espoused by many on here - but I've yet to meet an honest Albanian. Or indeed a hygienic Albanian.

Feel free to replace Albanian with Jamaican, Nigerian, Welsh, Polish and Arab.
