i know many on here still boast about there workout accomplishments as if they are superhuman and normal laws of nature dont apply to them. But many of us are failcans and try not to take anything more than a protien but not even a caffiene and maybe sometimes a beer or two but certainly non of this overboard stimulus stuff (caffiene, yohimbine, weed) or diuretics or thse types of 'supplements"
i really wish i could get my hands on some cheap chlorella, they feed this to astranauts since it covers all nutritional gaps in ones diet. this stuff can be grown in a pool of water and a propeller to keep the water moving. Perhaps we should be more motivated to creating chlorella cause possibly it is what we really need in large amounts... our food isnt really designed for high energy. however meat is high energy but also highly toxic / a good way to age ones self. i think chlorella would be perfect there is no downsides too it and many benefit. in a few years it will be the food of choice for superior energy and nutrition.
i think consuming that food in vast amounts will be the key to enabling one to do intense physical activity at any given moment for as long of a duration as you wish
