Yes, Kai is indeed the future Mr Olympia. I almost felt bad for Phil in this video. If Kai nails his conditioning this year, I think it will be over. It will be a very interesting year to say the least.

Kai actually works out and has been doing so for many many years. Phil is hanging on by a string with drugs and drugs alone. I hope every IFBB judge watches this video and understands what they are looking at.
