My goals keep changing. From where I started, a 126 lbs., 5'11", 16 year old, I have far exceeded my original goal of weighing 175 lbs. with a good muscular build. The fact is that I am big enough boned (9.5" wrists) that even at 185 lbs at 18 years old, I looked thin. When I was twenty-nine, I got up to 225 lbs. and I was big. But, I was also fat by today's super cut standards. Today, at 66 years old, I weigh 215 lbs. I am more defined than in the past and I make it to the gym more regularly and am stronger then ever. So while a lot of guys my age are just hoping to hang onto what they had, I keep trying for more. My wife thinks I am unrealistic when I compare myself to much younger men. I think if you don't dream or have goals your not moving forward. So far, I am not disappointed.
