I agree. Kai owns Phil Heat hands down at this moment. Actually Im not impressed at all by this to be honest. He looks smooth as hell to be just a couple of months out from the Mr Olympia. But I guess he knows what hes doing...

Phil Heath has not even started is contest prep yet, he is starting today or tomorrow. Jay, Phil, Kai - the top three at the Olympia this year.
