I am unable to comment as I cannot see the inside of your piece of meat.  I would need to verify that it was cooked to no more than 130-135 degrees to give you the stamp of approval.

I can assure you, it was cooked just past blue rare.  I need new elements in my grill though, they're certainly not helping matters any.
