EGGG ZACK LEEEE. Even when it comes to training too. People watch a video then go too the gym and try and do the same exact workout they just saw ronnie or jay do in thier video, this is very common with newbies.......and even people who have been working out for a few years. In my opinion, videos give somewhat of a misleading message of " YOU HAVE too lift this WEIGHT in order too get big". Not true. If your a true bodybuilder then you know that it isnt about how much weight your lifting, but instead using good form and squeezing/contracting the muscle.
