PCT = 500mg Test - thats your base bro - you go off say bye bye to that muscle.To add quality lean mass you need to be on all the time.
Im with Van - jump start with dball.
Week 1 Test - till you tire of looking Like a bodybuilder 500mg and upwards using diff esters.
Week 1-4 Dbol 20 - 30mg
Week 12 - 16 Dbol 20 - 30mg
Week 12 - 24 Nandralone 300 - 500mg
Keep chucking dbol in here and there to keep it alive.
From there start experimenting with diff drugs more test etc.
