Yeah I thought gh had something to do with lowering your natural t3?

I remember it being mentioned as something that you could use if you just ate fast food all the time and didn't want to get fat. God knows why anyone would want to eat fast food all the time???

y not
in my experience you cant grow while on t3. or, at the least, you grow real slowly, and you stay flat. i used it for a while while bulking. kept me lean while eating everything in sight (and i mean everything), but probably only gained a lb or 2 in ~9 months time.. and was always flat

Dogma, fuck t3 just take anadrol it burns lots of fat. :o

I take t4 year round. My doc wouldnt up my dose of synthyroid and could only get me generic so I got some myself some human grade and run 100mcg a day. It is much much safer than t3 because your body has to convert it.

btw   GH without t4 is a waste of time. The science is there. And before anyone in this thread  says "look at Spike " well he would be big anyways from AAS on it's own. The science is there so take t4 with your gh!

100mcg t4
100mg anadrol a day
2 cc's of test

up 17 pounds in 4 weeks while getting leaner by the day :-*

Now we're adding t4 to the mix?  Ok this is getting interesting.
Mr. gh15's Get Shredded Plan:
trenbolona ace for 3 months 100-150mg every second day
hgh for 3 months 5-6iu a day
testosterona propioneta for 3 months 50-75mg every second or third day
masterona for 3 months 50mg every second day along with the trenbolona

And then as according to flinstones1 also take in addition to the above:
100mcg t4

flinstones is this right? Does one take 100mcg of t4 eod, every second day etc.?

Hell I don't even know exactly t4 but I will!

there is alot of research backing the importance of T4 with gh why dont you do some research. Of course guys will say "it's not necessary I know this guy who runs it with t3 or no t3 and he is huge" to justify that what they are doing is optimal but I dont give a shit because the science is there. As for doses, t4 is really very safe and you are unlikely to hurt yourself. Take it every night before bed, morning on empty stomach is not as effective. I would run 100-200mcg t4. Human grade only 8)

flinstones1 thanks for your reply.  I appreciate it so much.  This t4, aka thyroxine, is sexy stuff here's a something from Wikipedia:
Quote
T4 is involved in controlling the rate of metabolic processes in the body and influencing physical development. Administration of thyroxine has been shown to significantly increase the concentration of nerve growth factor in the brains of adult mice.[5]
It increases the concentration fo nerve growth factor and now let's find out what that is:
Quote
Nerve growth factor (NGF) is a small secreted protein that is important for the growth, maintenance, and survival of certain target neurons (nerve cells).

Continuing on with the significance of NGF:
Quote
1.NGF circulates throughout the entire body and is important for maintaining homeostasis. 2. It has been shown to reduce neural degeneration. 3. NGF has been shown to play a role in number cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary atherosclerosis, obesity, type 2 diabetes, and metabolic syndrome. 4. NGF has also been shown to accelerate wound healing. 5. NGF is known to have insulinotropic, angiogenic, and antioxidant properties. 6. NGF suppresses food intake.

With so much out there, man can truly become god like.  Wow just amazing.  Life is wonderful.

Way to much bro-science from the local yougins. I take 25-75mcg of T3 daily while on AAS, dependent on how I look in the mirror. It's fine man, just go by how you look in the mirror and how you feel. If you feel flat, lower the dose of T3 or cut it out altogether. I can eat whatever I want and not get fat and still gain muscle while doing both T3 and AAS. Best of both worlds.

That's because half the time you don't know what the fuck you're doing.  LOL..........T3 is great to take whle on a bulking cycle and if used correctly shouldn't make you look flat.  I mean have you honestly ever looked ripped dude?  You're like the king of permabulking anyways.  How can you possible look "flat".  ?  LOL.

just my experience. i guess i never really used t3 at low doseages for an extended period of time and maybe thats why i dont like it very much, but i never got anything out of it untill i went up to at least 100mcg per day and then it would speed metabolism but it would also make me flat

I used to use it for 16-20wks at a time for years...doses started low and slowly crept up. Ten years later I have no problems with my thyroid levels. Is that normal? I don't know but I do strongly suspect the horror stories surrounding it are largely more myth and legend than anything else.

Is there much of a reason to use T3 when bulking? Probably not in most cases. The whole idea of bulking is to consume more energy so you may grow, T3 thrives off of burning energy, it directly feeds off of ATP. In the past I ran low doses of T3 while bulking and while it didn't kill me or anything it didn't seem to do a lot for me either.

If you're bulking and getting too fat you simply need to eat less...this shouldn't be that hard to figure out. If you're worried this is going to hamper your gains don't, get that thought out of your mind because the excess food wasn't helping you if the excess calories were being stored as fat...I'd put every dime I have on most guys eating way more than they actually need and thinking they're actually doing themselves some good.

T3 making you flat...if there is not enough energy to support the T3 you are taking then it will take what it needs from the muscle tissue and you will look a little flatter...this will not happen overnight. However, I really don't think most understand what flat truly is, so many get so used to being swollen or bloated they assume this is full and when it goes away they're flat...this is wrong.

I base my flatness mostly on my chest.

when I am flat I won't see a single striation on my chest even if I am 6% bf.

when I am full, I will be able to see striations in my chest even at 10-11% bf

but when I get super swolen and puffy off-season, the biggest difference is in my arms and delts

True but Stavios said it best, lol!

Seriously bro, most guys eat way more than they need, you here so often you've got to eat to grow and while this is true so many take it too far. Eventually you get so used to it you get afraid to eat less thinking you'll lose a ton of muscle tissue....I've been there myself and you can really talk yourself into anything, especially when it's food, after all, it's food and eating is great.
