I can't even remember the last time I planned a workout. Lol. Everything in the gym, since I was 20 or so, has been intuitive.
Regardin' " time ", I am inclined to agree with you. My BEST results ( and I've stuck by them ) come from bein' in the gym as short as possible. Get in, get out. Did legs tonight, in fact. Started my workout around 5 pm and was done around 5:45. Get in, get out, go home, EAT, EAT, EAT, shit, shower, masturbate violently, sleep, and grrrrooowwwwwwwwww. That's what I try to do, anyways.
