So he convinced a dear friend of his to loan him money in exchange for 3% of his booming multi million dollar company. And he was to pay back his friend scheduled payments from his company. Eventually, Larry stopped paying back his friend and defaulted on the contract. And the friend had no money to pay his own bills.
