If he was truly smart, he would set up hidden video camera's around the yard and at the front door. As soon as one of those neighbors steps out of line with threatening/harassing and racist comments etc. This guy may have a law suit against said neighbor/s.

Adverse Possession was one of the first modules I did. takes 12 years though in the UK and there are opportunities for the rightful owner to stop it happening. Happens with land a klot here.
