The part where she fought the other girl was all in her mind. She did not stab the other girl (Milla), she stabbed herself. Basically all the weird parts showing monsters and weird things on her body were her imagination. She was unbalanced and obsessed with the role she was playing. So in the end she stabbed herself because of her delusions and gave the performance of her life.
The acting was incredible in this movie. I know I go on about Jews but this little Jewess can act. She did get a nose job though, that's for sure.
