the wrist curl is not even legit. he's just rolling the bar over his hand while resting his hand over his leg.

in a real wristcurl your hand should be hanging freely from your wrist on.

Only legit wrist curls are done on a board, too much movement and lifting can be done by the calves

this looks more like a legit wristcurl. hand free not resting on leg. all the way down with flopped wrist and back up.
