Because our level of training is well beyond anything anybody else has...and nobody else has stepped up to the responsibilities we have. The fact that its bankrupting us not withstanding, nobody else can do what we do. With the raise of a Chinese Blue water navy, the Japs, Koreans and Auzzies are all beginning a build up in that area.
