The Gustavo Badell bulking diet. It's FANTASTIC!

After listening to the July 25th show of Probodybuilding Weekly with Gustavo Badell, I discovered a great way to bulk up and choke down the quantities of protein you need to gain muscle mass.  Everytime Gustavo says "fantastic" in an interview, you take a shot of protein.  By the time the interview is over, you should have 40 or 50 grams of protein in your system and had a fun time doing it! 

If you do it right, you, too, can win a posedown with the reigning Mr. Olympia.
