hello frnds . back again to exercising after a long break .
i wud like u to help in in choosing form the below which will be suitable for my goals .
exercise 4 times a week and have a not strict but very a watched and sensible diet .
my AIM put on quality size and keep muscle tight and pumped.now i know i may be flamed and said do roids etc . so pardon me if the question is annoying to some .
choice are

wud like to know ur experiences and why u prefer any one of the above.
