LOL, well not 135lbs, but i am not strong, and i probably never will be.

I have very small joints, which is great for BB but sucks for strength. I also never go below 6 reps, i don't bother how strong i am, as long as i grow. With time and more juice, i will get stronger anyways.

But for BB, it's a side effect and not important.

315 bench at least.
You need to know how to build a body before going on. Otherwise it's like putting NOS in a car with only 100hp

lol,, i have no words to say about this,, i dont think anyone of current profesionals waited to bench press 3 plates each side beforee went on hormones,, NONE OF THEM! mayeb kai lol im talkin 10 reps lol you can play with it some ,, but 300+ is usualy horminized lifter,, any time any place,, bodybuild is the drugs! i keep telling you this BODYBUILD = HORMONES,,

yes some can push 315 lb naturally ofcourse,, but to do it 3rd of 4th set when you are single digit bodyfat lol NOT A DAMN CHANCE IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD,,

you will never see a true natural lol 7% 180lb and those are the best true naturals.... you will never see them benching 315 for many reps if at all...and matt c is not natural dont give him as example here he is a liar and it was explained to me by van b and i had time to look into it ,,

I didn't say you should be able to play with the weight, repping 315 easy is juicer territory. I mean you should be able to do a at least 1 or 2 reps with it, If u can you have a good base. If u can only bench 225 and then start juicing you're all drugs, easy come easy go.

no,, many start going on the infamous halodrol when they bench 225 to 275 on creatine.. lol ,,then go on hormones very fats after when they see they are stuck and cant do balonie anymore,, it is usualy on hormones or out of the gym say byebye bodybuild,, trust me on that ,, this is the way everyone is especialy generation nothingness which is rulling last 15 years with iron fist...

225  to 275 is where most start hormonizing themselves...

duh lol,, early 50s prime prime hormanization time in europe and in americana too,,remember ALL legal,, anything that ws offered was legal!,, bodybuild from past are much better from bodybuild today because everything was legit and legal ,, reason they were smaller is.....

Tanning bed, Vit D, antibacterial face wash twice a day, some good moisturizing lotion for the face.

You answered your own question mate - all drugs have "potential" side effects - it doesn't mean you will get them all - maybe one or two maybe none at all, but if you are unlucky you will get the whole lot ;D
