good lean physique..

you need to work more on your torso because it's genetically not as good as your arms and shoulders.. i think you must do more flies for your chest because it seems that all press movements go to your shoulders..

6'1'' 192lb

Been training for 6 yrs, and it seems like I was maxed out after 2 years. Been 230 pounds looking like shit, lifted as hard and heavy as I could, all to look like a swimmer when dieted down. Not that I think there is anything wrong with that, but it just shows there is no "natural bodybuilding", at least not for me. Yes you can look good but it isn't going anywhere over 200 pounds, even at 6'1'' for me.

That is the kind of physique the girls prefer. If that is you- you look good!.

Good Delts and arms from what I can tell. Need pre-exhaust for the chest meaning a fly or peck deck movement before a pressing movement. Individuals with this physique type the arms and delts are exhausted before the pecs so isolation of the pecs without tricep involvement is key before presses.

Its th chest that throws your physique out. Would look very different with a few lb there, delts are great and so is condition.

What do your arms measure?

Natty training is very individual and is all genetics.

Arms are 16,5 now, were 18 when fat.

Also I agree with Mars and Sherief Salami, benchpressing isn't doing anything for chest, at least not for me. I tried elbows out benching but it just doesn't feel right. I'm going to try to add in some isolation exercises and post a new pic in a year.

Your inner chest looks like two guys having a staring contest.
