a lot of idiots just do not see the difference between water and fat if you can't see it.. feel it..!
fat feels like fat and water like..... yeah, water!
give the skin a quick tap, when you see a wrinkle like when throwing a rock in the water, moving across the skin.... it's mostly water.
when it just drills back at ya, it's fat... lol!
when seeing abs, you are usually around or below the 10% mark anyway....
when using a fair amount of test, there will always be water in the lower back/abs and at the lovehandles...
that is where the male body likes to store it, suckzzz lol!
