Good video. I didnt saw him training calves in that "preview" though. rofl.

So its safe to say he will walk on stage with sticks, again.  :D

he looks sick! in a good way. def missing some lower body mass.Thats where cuttler has him beat. Jay has massive calfs.Dennis looks like a younger marcus ruhl but a tad better similar physiques IMO

His muscles dont have that round look...the "pop". Just slabs of meat.

Kai has that look...phil too. I prefer their physiques..

yea i know insulina... insulina lol  ::) Dennis uses insulin too..can eat a meal without his shot lol.
