Any one ever herd of or followed the blood type diet. My friend told me that hes been trying to follow it more so I looked it up to see what the recomendations on diet were. Im a B blood type and it says I should stay completely away from chicken and wheat product and corn completly, and eating these things will cause me to hold water, slow digestion and even eventually lead to a stroke It says I should be eating lamb, steak, fish and mutton( whatever that is) and most veg, fruit and dairy product. Ive been eating about 5 or so pounds of chicken a week for the last couple of years now and I feel fine. Is this diet bull shit? or is the reaserch actually true?
