I have found all the gaspari supps shit - compared to say BSN etc..

None of the Gaspari products work on me - like super pump - that just gave me the shits but BSN's NOxplode does what it says on me and gives a good pump - but fuck all Supps really - 10mg Dball an hour before training gives pumps better than any of that shite .
