Is Lee still into scat?

NO, TightBooty is the one who loves the Scat , Lee was just doing her the favor of giving her a Cleveland Steamer

BTW, I'm reposting what one of the owner of Infinite Labs of your supplement company wrote to me when you screwed them over.

Hi Vince....
i know of you only from your posts around various forums. I'm not in favor of Lee's dispute with Infinitelabs either, but man, you need to get one thing straight so that you don't look like a fool out there as i don't want Lee have the 'upper hand' over you so to speak...so please hear me out.

You keep repeating that Lee screwed over InfiniteLabs by starting his own products then everyone jumps on you and puts you straight in that Lee was infact allowed to - and they ARE correct, Vince! The contract says "with an exception for Lee's protien product" (along the lines of anyway). So he WAS allowed to do this.

Now this is the part you can get back on Lee about instead of repeating this same thing you keep throwing at Lee....he WAS allowed to start and promote his own protien product BUT! only IN AUSTRALIA!! Where Lee fucked up is when he strating promoting on the "www" which of course means... WORLD WIDE WEB! As soon as you promote something on the "world wide" web, this now becomes OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA!! You need to point THIS out to him instead of saying that he was in the wrong for starting his own line while with infinitelabs.

Further more, he did it on MD.com (AMERICAN OWNED and majority of Americans view this site) and on another AMERICAN OWNED website called anabolex.com.
This is BY FAR....NOT IN AUSTRALIA!
Yes he was sitting on his couch on his laptop while doing all this in Australia, but the information he released and promoted was SUBMITTED...."WORLD WIDE" (WEB) a.k.a "www."

Promoting in Australia means to make up posters of your own and place them on supplement shop windws in Australia.
It means placing add's in AUSTRALIAN OWNED magazines that arn't sold overseas....IT DOES NOT MEAN placing adverts or promoting products and prices on the WORLD WIDE web! that is OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA!

one other thing, his contract clearly states "his protien product" only. It does NOT mention his FULL range of supplements like NO products etc...protien stated in the contract ONLY!!

You have him and his followers in a dead end corner if you post this up in public. no doubt he will delete your posts.

seems to me that whoever wrote up the contracts have clearly no idea what they are doing.

You can certainly use the web to market regional products. Being on the web doesnt mean you are marketing world wide. Furthermore, if they wanted him to market in shops with posters etc, the contract should clearly outline what the term "market" means..otherwise its heading for dispute.
Same for the protein (note the spelling)...by not defining what that means (in general terms it could be interpreted as a generic description of supplements), they are heading for a mess.
Then we have penalty clauses...did they set them up?- if they didnt, then its their fault. Lots of contracts get broken and there is no recourse. Contracts are less likely to be broken if there is penalties.
Finally, what treaty or legal jurisdiction exists between the countries that enter into the agreement?...how do the governing laws effect the wording?..
THIS is why Lee can break contracts and not suffer penalties...cos, i bet, they are unenforceable.
