Phil "The Gift" Heath is ready to take the Olympia stage in one week and display his best physique to date. The work is nearly done and it's just about time to show the final product. After placing second in the 2010 Mr. Olympia, there is only one way to move up and Heath is ready to leave Vegas as the 2011 Mr. Olympia.

We have to wait until September 17 to find out if Phil will come out on top, but we don't have to wait to see what he's doing to make it happen. Only 9 days out from the big show, FLEXonline caught up with Heath at Armbrust Pro Gym in Denver, CO. You'll get to see The Gift blasting away at chest and taking some time to reflect on his journey.
