Home Gym Question
« on: June 26, 2006, 07:32:53 PM »
I'm getting a pair of powerblocks so I'll need a good bench. The crap they sell at sportsauthority won't do. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanx!

They have a lot of benches at different price points. Do you recommend a particular bench or all of their products? Thx.

I'd say join a gym but I even have a little set-up in the basement good enough for serious ARM training and SHOULDER training. Everything els...I would have to go to the gym for but I also admit I hardly ever use my stuff downstairs...I like being in the gym.

I bought alot of stuff from BodySolid/FitnessFactory. Their stuff isnt bad...does the job perfectly and their prices are reasonable.

I'm a member of a gym. But I have 5 kids and need a place to train for 20 minutes here and there.

Ed,

If you want something a little more in depth, great home gym...

This is from Costco; price includes shipping, I have something similar and love it....works practically every body part..

That piece looks nice but it's a hunk of shit. The warranty is VOID and it poorly constructed.

 Go with something from fitnessfactory.com
