Haha. Seriously, a lighter wallet. The diff. b/w a $15 bottle and a $50 is mostly marketing. I've had $15 reds that are just as good as any ~$50 i've had. Find a good $20 bottle and save your money. The $100 bottle seems to a benchmark. Once you get in that range, you can taste the difference.

imo you don't need a $30 or $50 bottle of merlot. CLos du Bois is very decent at ~12.00 and Murphy Goode has a decent one for ~14.00. Simi is even better at ~18.00 but if you are happy w/ the 5.99 stuff my advice is don't try the others.

Cab is another story. Although you can find really good cab for ~15 imo, some of the higher priced stuff isn't worth it but some is outstanding.

Dont know about you...but Im rocking a Coorls light 30 pack! light but still has alcohol in it and when its really Cold you can drink non stop all night.
