I would honestly put him last. His waist is as wide as his shoulders and we are talking about a wide guy here....smooth, no natural cuts or shape.

Cutler has competed in shape exactly two times in the last decade. Twice. Period.
He looks like complete shit, his body is telling him it's time to finally give it up.
He's waddled out on stage for ten years, did that stupid hand to the ear silliness and collected either a first or second place gift and a large check.
It's time for the judges to finally send him away for good with the placing he actually deserves.

He looks bad, washed out, spilled over and just tired.

If this was 4-6 weeks out  it would be ok but he has come in looking off-season for the O. Not good. It will be hard for the judges to gift him this title.
