his courses and shit are just crap

his videos are a joke....talks about using proper technique but instead does alot of ego driven stupidity that will just cause injury and joint pain for normal people who don't abuse painkillers to numb their anxiety and pain

I have a question for you gh15 that's not about drugs.

How much money do you think pro bodybuilders make? And I'm talking about through legal means. Makes me wonder how much money a non big time bodybuilder bodybuilder like him makes.

My best showing ever was 176 at 4% (6 feet tall) - this was my Very very very best and was fucking HARD as hell to get there! lol


I never said 230 is small..  I said when I met Skip he didn't look THAT big - but he also wasn't 230 then, I met him in 2004 and he competed in 2003 at 216, so I'm guessing he was close to that weight!

Because, let's face it, you don't go to a seminar of some IFBB pro to listen him chit-chat about his protein intake (chicken breast), broccoli and that he "trains 6 days a week", because you know he's all drugs.

I meant real topics these gym rats wants to know e.g. steroids, Pro stacks,.....oops, I guess it's illegal to talk about these topics? maybe they're not part of bodybuilding and therefore are cutoff from any "seminars"
