  Phil Heath is another Shawn Ray: great muscular proportions and conditioning, but with a narrow and shitty structure and no real muscle thickness.

  Good enough to be top 5 in the 1990's, but he would never close the deal because he could never defeat Dorian, Kevin, Dillet or even Nasser. Too small to beat the big boys. Phil Heath can beat shitty big guys with lots of flaws(Kai Greene), or good small guys(Dexter), but he could never beat the monsters who had great size and quality of the 1990's. Never. A good big guy beats a good small guy 10 times out of 10.
