Santorum worked at Fox. This was a fox debate. Hence his more time than almost anyone else, and his "win" in polls.
The real CT here?
The santorum podium had a reversed banner image in background, so they could put up the rotating fox logo in the left corner when he spoke, and the fox image on the right. More or all of the other candidates had this reversed. My own CT is that this was done so that people didn't see "Google" and "Santorum" on the screen at all.
Pay attention to the backgrounds. The other canddaites (most, as I could tell) had FOX onthe right, and google on the left. That annoying floating fox news live bubble kept coming up when santorum spoke. Clever. Or maybe i"m just overhtinking things - and people who work at the highest level of tv and marketing don't pay attention to background images?
