I dunno, I have a hard time even exercising the muscle, the two other tricep heads take up most of the lifting. Look at the wong hong guy, the whole arm looks much smaller, goes to show how important that muscle is

thats what all that extremelly heavy lifting does to ya...you need to go heavy but not that heavy...anything under 6 reps has nothing to do with bodybuilding imo
