MPB is mainly a genetical trait, as for prostate enlargement - very likely. Generally - knocking out IGF-1 in various species - prolongs they lifespan/healthspan significantly. These with disseases of endocrine system, which doesn't produce GH (so IGF is lowered too) visually may not age at all and have a stunted development (like A.Mylonakis), with partially suppressed IGF (and GH) production people seem to be reaching longevity heights (cenetarians are known to have low serum IGF levels) and cancer is very unlikely in such a person. Generally speaking - growth inducing hormones, be it IGF or Testosterone - are bad ON THE LONG run (kind of - you are more effective, but for a shorter time).
