I'm more and more interested in MMA, but I have a question ; I've read that the more water weight you carry the slower you are.Then, why sometimes we see some 12% bf guys and why the diuretic use is not rampant ?
Diuretics fuck you right up, destroy your indurance, anyhow 12 percent is pretty low, you can't get much below 7-8 and still be a real athlete.
