get a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.
and 2 grams of carbs per pound of bodyweight.
Take in healthy fats via peanut butter or olive oil for example.
Keep it simple!!!
you just told some fat asses (not in this thread) to get lean while eating over 400g of carbs a day

. It's 2 grams of carbs per kilogram But not pound. If we're serious here. If you weight 225lbs it's 100kg, so eating 2 grams per kg is 200g of carbs which is OK for a big guy to lose that fat. But 400g...

But protein is 2 grams per kilogram too
