You did vinyasa style? I was curious how 'the bird' looks like, something like in this vid? Though pretty flexible myself, I'm afraid I would cause an earthquake.

I love yoga, it really is challenging but mentally relaxing at the same time. Here is how you do a bird pose..
Place hands about 6 inches apart
Crouch over elbows
Tuck knees into armpits
Breath in
Elevate
Straighten arms as much as possible and lift head
Breath fast in and out cycle with long pause between
Hold as long as possible with strain
This is done with all the body weight on fingers only.
