bodybuilder is not on gh....he doesnt have enough gh in the blood to sustain the ability to eat all the calories and bring anabolizm to the level he was when competetive or when in his best,, he doesnt have hgh in the blood thus reduction of muscle size occure,,
this term is an indirect refernce to gh blood plasma levels,, when they are down your wont grow,, as simple as that,, the excuse is lack of food,, the reality is lack of food because you cant down so much calories and grow anymore with no gh ...you will get fatzo and later on skijnny fat as you like call it here,,
