Yeah, he looks like a guy who took gear but never actually did any lifting, zero shape to the muscles

Probably started off as an ectomorph and has a shit load of slow twitch muscles, hence the lack of any real thickness/fullness to his muscle bellies. No amount of tren will compensate for this.
