How old are you, 15?  Compensation at ANY job level isn't based who works the hardest, otherwise the highest paid employees in the world would be roofers, bricklayers, etc...  You can't name one single job field in the world where "works the hardest" automatically means they are paid the most.  I'll wait....

I never said it was, I said the employees that are below the CEO and the board members work just as hard, they deserve better compensation, not to what the CEO get's but a lot more.  It use to be 30 - 1, now it's like 300 or 500 - 1 vs employee salary.  It is getting out of hand.  In Shanghai the teachers get paid a huge salary, it is the right way, not the other way around like here in america.

Isn't coach and the GOP always say if you work hard you will become rich, or like herman cain said if you aren't rich it's your fault?  Maybe working hard isn't the way to get rich    Just inherit the position like most of these guys do.

You can work hard and maybe become rich, but the entitlement and wealth redistribution nonsense is getting out of hand in the US.  It is certainly far easier to inherit the wealth or a position, but that happens everywhere.  I think teachers should be paid off of performance with built-in incentives....way too many tenured turds who do nothing but sit back and milk the gravy train.

I do have issues with SOME CEO's, but not all of them across the board.  If their salary is justified by what they bring to the table, ie: Iaccoca (sp) I have no problem with it.
