How recently are we talking? Over time guys like Goatboy (here from the very beginning) Disturbia have been banned. Okami was in TO for nearly two years. It was never like that at its inception. What's wrong with gimmicks anyway? I like gimmicks and trolls. Some are pretty funny.
The only people that really suck are stalkers and spammers.
A funny gimmick for a short time is fine, but goofs with multiple accounts, none of which are funny or entertaining (ie: jtsucknsalami) should be banned.
