Problem is competitive bbing judges reward the biggest and baddest, a kind of industry wide "bigorexia",
that eventually is the ruin of every bber. flex looked his best his rookie yr, but in order to compete with Dorian and company, he'd have to be bigger. Shawn Ray lost his crispness chasing the bigger boys, Ronnie lost his waist going bigger, and the list goes on, with those that were mentioned before.

And you may see it with Phil. Thing is, Pro bbing, ruins the body, rather than looking like Alq Gurley and making the women cream, you look like a bloated mess and make the Judges and schmoes cream.

Quoted for motherf ucking truth!!

Been saying this for eons now.

If you look back at some/most pros amatuer pics, they look far better..............I`m talking about after they max out their frames and "Stage 1 Palumboism" is just starting to get a foothold.

I could be wrong, but I believe most Euro BB`s train high volume....none of this pansy ass 30-45 minute shit.

You are wrong. Their training is not that much different, just more basic.

Truth is...

In europe there are guys deep inside gyms that do it for years and have physique that makes your eyes pop when you see them. They don't compete, or compete once in their life becouse they don't care. They have nothing to do with "beasts" you see in US. Big bellies, big muscles, overall huge dewds in clothes that weight 31312313 pounds. Those guys weight no more than 220lbs yet they have 20inch arms ripped to bone at 5'8''-6'. Training varies across them. It's from low volume to high volume, it's a matter of personal preference and somtimes they mix it up. They don't use GH or 3iu at most coz they can't afford it. Test medium, anabolics and other compounds HIGH. Nothing special there honestly. The only difference is that they weight 220lbs after 12 years of training. This really makes huge difference.

Oh the only in difference in training is that I don't really know many advanced bodybuilder from Poland that got crappy technique and swing with weights. In US it seems more common somehow but maybe it's just for public. Honestly when I started training at my gym bigger guys always laughed at my form which immitated "pros". They told me shit like this doesn't work unless you take what they take as well. Well I took their advice and it worked.
