Knows jack shit about how to train.Way too heavy,no mind /muscle connection,terrible form,shitty order or exercises as well as exercise selection, and his diet has to be atrocious to look like this 3 weeks out.I admire his enthusiasm,but he should seek help from more experienced people.It`s not just getting psyched up and tossing weight around aimlessly.Getting sick of him,but he`ll probably be in mags soon,when lots of top national guys get no coverage,thanks to Ron Harris.
